This wooden box heart shape is beautiful to enhance its beauty I painted it cream and then added a little angel on the top and some roses and dots around the outside with touches of white and brown detailing. Found wooden heart box meets postage stamps! I would like to think that each and everyone of these stamps, were used to send written words of affection, in the form of love letters. I embellished this wooden box with many of my stamps which I have collected over the course of a few years. The lining is a piece of red felt, followed by a piece of red burlap. I trimmed it with a recycled decorative trim, to add a little spark in side the box. This box could be used as a jewelry box, or as a gift box concealing that very special token of love. Being the chocolate lover that I am, I could also see you going to your favorite chocolate shop(a, I can think of one in Green Bay!) and hand picking individual pieces of chocolate(in the brown little fluted cups) for that special person. I believe it could accommodate approximately 12 of your loved one's favorite chocolates. The box is approximately 7-1/2" wide by 7" high-the height of the box is about 2". The inside of the box is about 1-1/16" high. I have coated the entire box with a varnish finish. The back is signed, and I have added 3 little legs(vintage asian wooden discs) on the bottom.
