Sweet Almond Felted Soap Heart, Anniversary Love, Valentine's, Mother's Day
This is a handmade bar of soap in its own wash cloth. This bar was made with sweet almond oil, known for its moisturizing quality, blended with coconut oil for a rich, billowy lather. The cold-process method produces a soap that's naturally rich in glycerin (which draws moisture to the skin) and pure beeswax from my beehives gives occlusive properties, helping to seal in that moisture. To use, remove the ribbon and simply rub under running water. The silky lather will come right through the wool. Lightly exfoliating, wool is a natural anti-microbial and it will help your soap last longer. The soap is very soft and slippery, but safely encased not a sliver will be lost. The color-safe merino wool roving covering the soap and will shrink with the soap as it is used. The wool covering will shrink with the soap as it is used, maintaining its heart-shape. When the soap is gone, the wool makes a nice, natural scrubby so even your sink will be clean and shiny!
